30 Day Money-back Warranty:
Should for any reason you change your mind about our products, you
may ship them back for a refund provided that:
The product was invoiced within the last 30 days. Wires were not
soldered onto the boards. If the product was sold to you in kit
form, it should be returned in the same condition it was delivered
(once assembled, kits are not refundable). The product passes our
standard quality controls.
Disclaimers: RMV Electronics Inc. retains the right not to refund
the product if it considers the above conditions are not fulfilled
or if it considers the product was misused. All shipping costs related
to product returns are the responsibility of the customer. RMV Electronics
Inc. will decide the method of payment for the refund. Refunds will
be issued within 30 days of receiving the product.
Product Standar Warranty
RMV
warrants that the Product shall conform to the RMV functional specifications
for a period of one (1) year after shipment of the Product (the
“Warranty Period”). During the Warranty Period, RMV will
repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any faulty equipment
or Software that fails to perform or meet the technical and functional
product specifications, provided that the Customer must promptly
notify RMV in writing of any warranty claim during such Warranty
Period.
This
warranty does not apply to any product which has been:
- subjected
to misuse, neglect, accident, abuse or unusual hazard;
-
repaired or altered by someone who
is not authorized by RMV to perform such repairs or alterations;

modified with use of replacement parts
not furnished by RMV; or
-
not paid for in full.
IIf
RMV determines a warranty claim is valid, RMV shall, at its option,
(a) repair the Product at the Seller's location; or (b) accept the
return of the product to RMV's British Columbia facility for repair
or replacement, with all shipping and insurance charges to be borne
by the Customer.
